1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any service offered by ZusOTT ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not access or use our platform.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at contact@zusott.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or engage in any activity that we deem harmful to the platform or its users.

3. Services

ZusOTT provides a self-service IPTV reseller panel that allows registered users to purchase IPTV subscriptions from third-party providers through our platform. We act as a reseller and intermediary — we do not produce, host, or broadcast any content ourselves.

The availability, quality, and content of IPTV streams depend on the upstream providers and are beyond our direct control. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, channel availability, or stream quality of third-party IPTV servers.

4. Payments and Account Balance

All payments made to add funds to your ZusOTT account balance are processed in accordance with our Refund Policy. Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your account.

We accept cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT, ETH, and others) and other supported payment methods. You are responsible for ensuring that payments are sent to the correct address and in the correct network.

Account balances have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account, exchanged for money, or carried forward indefinitely in the event of account termination due to a Terms violation.

5. IPTV Subscriptions

All IPTV subscriptions purchased through our platform are for personal, non-commercial use only, unless you hold a valid reseller agreement. Sharing credentials publicly, reselling without authorization, or using subscriptions for any unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited.

Subscriptions are activated immediately upon purchase. Due to the instant digital delivery nature of the service, all completed purchases are final and non-refundable. For technical issues, please open a support ticket and our team will assist you.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of any third party
• Distribute, resell, or share subscriptions without explicit authorization
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our platform or servers
• Engage in fraudulent activity, including chargebacks without legitimate cause
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans

Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of your account balance, and potential legal action.

7. Referral Program

Our referral program allows users to earn commission credits when referred users make qualifying deposits. Commission rates are set at our discretion and may change at any time. Referral credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

We reserve the right to revoke referral commissions that we reasonably believe were obtained through fraudulent, self-referral, or abusive activity.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and materials on ZusOTT — including but not limited to logos, design, and code — are the property of ZusOTT or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZusOTT and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services — including loss of data, revenue, or profits.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
