Do you provide adult content?

No. None of our servers include adult content.

Can I get a refund on a subscription?

If the server supports it, we can process a partial or full refund depending on usage. Please note that trial subscriptions are non-refundable.

Can I get a refund on a reseller panel?

Reseller panel orders are final and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Where can I find maintenance alerts and server updates?

Join our Discord server — there is a dedicated updates channel for every server where we post maintenance notices and status changes in real time.

Can I customise the channel bouquets after purchasing an IPTV subscription?

Yes. We can adjust your bouquet selection manually. Simply open a support ticket with your request and we will take care of it.

My subscription is not working — how do I fix it?

First, make sure the DNS URL in your app starts with http:// and not https://. If that does not help, switch to the backup DNS. As a last resort, try connecting through a VPN such as ProtonVPN (which has a free tier) and test again.

What happens if my DNS gets blocked?

Each subscription comes with a private DNS shared among a limited number of users. If a DNS becomes unavailable, we can replace it for all affected users instantly. You will receive both an email notification and an in-app popup. Once notified, simply edit your playlist in your IPTV app and replace the old DNS with the new one.
