No Refunds on Deposited Funds
All deposits made to your ZusOTT account balance are final and non-refundable. Once funds have been deposited, they cannot be returned to the original payment method under any circumstances.
This policy applies to all deposit methods, including cryptocurrency payments, bank transfers, and any other accepted payment methods.
Try Before You Commit
We strongly recommend that new users deposit the minimum available amount first to test the service before committing to a larger balance. This allows you to:
- Verify that the IPTV service meets your expectations
- Test the activation process and dashboard
- Confirm compatibility with your devices and apps
- Evaluate the channel and VOD quality
By depositing the minimum amount first, you can make an informed decision before adding more funds to your account.
IPTV Subscriptions
Purchased IPTV subscriptions are also non-refundable once activated, as the service is delivered instantly and credentials are generated immediately upon purchase.
If you experience a technical issue with a subscription, please open a support ticket and our team will investigate and work to resolve the issue.
Exceptions
In rare cases where a deposit fails or funds are debited but do not appear in your account due to a verified technical error on our end, please contact us at contact@zusott.com with your transaction details. We will review and resolve confirmed payment errors.
